What set this case apart was the sheer degree of senseless violence unleashed on the victim – and the fact that the perpetrator seems to have lost a pair of bright green briefs in the process.

A photographic long-term study of the motivations, behaviors and fates of seating furniture trying to make it out in the world. All chairs participated voluntarily and were not coerced or pushed into a certain position. Not all the chairs wished to share their stories.
